I admit that there are times that, after 15 years, I forget that I am no longer an apprentice. And that there are times that there are priviliges associated with being a maga in my own right.
I spoke with the head cook Kasim this morning and advised him that I am not taking the Dormition fast, but rather eating as normal. He said that would not be a problem, as there are many in the covenant who are not Eastern (primarily Mohammedan, but a handful of Roman Christians as well).
I do need to remember to spread my wings more often.
