In only a few short weeks, I shall be leaving for my new home in Cappadocia. My parens has told me that they have a Hermes Portal linking them to the covenant of the Sinews of Knowledge. Considering the effect that mundane travel tends to have upon me, she has decided that it would be better for all concerned if I were to go that route rather than overland to Constanţa and then by sea to Samsun. What few possessions I have will be sent by wagon to Sinews of Knowledge, then I will fly there about three weeks after. From there, it should only take a few moments for me to find myself at Mystikae Eikona. With luck, I should be there by the middle of March.
I understand that it is a well-established covenant, with no allegiance to the Theban or Levant Tribunals. I do not know what, if any, plans they may have in that regard in the future, but I sincerely hope that if they are forced to choose, perhaps by the Grand Tribunal, that they will chose the closer and more oriental option. It will not seem that strange to be, once more, the most junior there; I only hope that they will treat me as an equal, or at least as a lesser amongst equals. I do not wish to continue being treated as either an apprentice or a catulus.
